Wispmaker is a spirit being , one of his kind , his form is similiar to a Will-O-Wisp and a Fire Spirit , thus comes his name
Wispmaker is a well-known mercenary / assassin-for-hire

As an ethereal being , Wispmaker's form is ghostly , he cannot be wound physically , also let him maneuver with almost no weight at all , almost floating to his will
Wispmaker bend his ghostly fire to his will , using it like Fire Elemental magic , throwing fireballs , flamethrower , etc. His ghostly fire burns more damage than normal fire
As a mercenary , Wispmaker is a master of most weapons , including swords , knives , etc. and an expert at guns

Wispmaker does not need to eat , breathe or drink , though he does eat and drink for fun
Wispmaker can materialize and dematerialize at will , his physical from will burn into fire and materialize elsewhere , similiar to teleporting

Wispmaker's fire drains sanity from those who are around him , making others anxious , confused or scared just by standing near him

Personality :
Wispmaker , as an ethereal being , has no humanity whatsoever , he is insane with no remorse for anyone , manipulative and scheming , though appears as a prankster , troll or trickster for fun
Wispmaker has no feelings , no sadness , happiness or even rage , only appear to be talkative and annoying to others , doing whatever he thinks is 'fun' , which is why he's a dangerous and successful mercenary/assassin

Backstory :
Nobody knows how did Wispmaker came into existence , nor his true purpose in the physical world , all they know is he is one of the best in his job , taking down countless of targets , no matter who's the victim , the resistance , the government , other hitmen or even innocents , whatever he is , he gets the job done

Other facts :
Wispmaker's name is a pun of Wishmaker
His whole concept is based on wishes , as executing a contract of a client will be 'granting their wish' , and his list of targets is named the wishlist
Wispmaker is also known to be annoying from doing such puns
Wispmaker has a British accent
