Nice lighting! I like how most to the crowd is silhouetted with only the faintest blue line work to highlight them and the contrasting brightness of the two female characters against the dark backdrop. Swell! :-D

Damn, this is super freakin cool! I love the lighting, especially the way you rendered the flash... its very VERY realistic to the way a flash looks in an otherwise dark setting! And even the way the light from the flash falls on the figures looks so spot on...
Of course, its also fun to see the girls of Aqua being a little more ruckus than they are in the series... yet still not out of character... and the little bit in the corner, with the 3 apprentices is a HILARIOUS touch!

Heh, funny how an intense dislike of flash photography can lead to having a fairly good idea of what it does to an image (mixed with a lot of guess work and no small amount of pot luck)
"Not out of character"... I was actually wondering whilst drawing this if Athena and Alicia were actually there of their own free will, or if Akira had dragged them along and not told them it wasn't an all ages gig...
