Description
Having been banned from touching a paintbrush ever again, Higgins has been sent to help out in the writers' office...Yes, this did briefly go up last week as well. Seemingly I failed with the scheduler. My apologies to anyone who got an unintended preview.

As someone further up the order noted, the character was based very much on a Youtuber who goes by the name of "The Mighty Jingles". He's ex-Royal Navy, and I lean heavily on his descriptions of life in the RN for how I portray life aboard Arcadia.

Higgins has reading glasses, which she has been portrayed with once before...
...and would probably come in handy helping out the writer. The ship's writer is basically ship's admin (a position I'm only really familiar with thanks to The Mighty Jingles ), so handles things like pay, changing money, leave and, when the ship is at Action Stations, recording what happens on the bridge, etc.

To be honest, I've been leaning quite hard on "Jingles Navy Stories" for how I envisage Arcadia as an environment. That said, she'll probably need that Navy sense of humour to survive...
