Description
"Well! Look at YOU, all Sergeant-Major-ish and shi... Holy exploding humvees Batman! It's Mini-Scarecrow and Micro-Gant! Oi Chickadee get a look at these two!"... and so we're back to the whole "Mao was a Marine" thing. I can't help but think that if she and Matthew Reilly's "Mother" were within ten square miles of each other they'd automatically wind up running into each other and hitting it off.
Looks like the Scarecrow's about to start a fight with the vending machine fairly shortly as well.
Anyways, this was thrown together pretty quickly, just get an idea down on paper more than anything. "Proper" Mother fan-art shall be forth-coming. Some might recognize where they are
I just hope Sagara goes and salutes someone, save everyone a round of drinks.
Anyways, have fun all.
Wraith 11
Libby "Fox" Gant, Shane "Scarecrow" Schofield and Gena "Mother" Newman (c) Matthew Reilly
Melissa Mao, Sousuke Sagara and Teletha "Tessa" Testarossa (c) whoever does FMP! right now.

Lol he's survived some of the dealiest groups of soliers in the world including the SAS, French Paratroopers, Seventh Squadron, and Spetznaz, but he's easily defeated by a Vending machine. Great picture!

Possibly would help if you'd seen both series...
Probably would still be pretty confusing even then though.
Thanks

Thanks, especially for the fav.
Yeah, the other three are from Matthew Reilly's "Scarecrow" series of books. Well worth a read if you like stuff blowing up. Easy to get through too. Current record for finishing one is 6 hours, set by a girl from my old highschool

*Grabs "Ice Station" out of the shelf*
Well, this is the first one and its *flicks to back* 609 pages long.
It's an easy read though, total Airport fiction. If you're a fast reader you'll have it knocked over in two days. I've got mates who've never picked up a book in their lives had it read in less than four.

About 3 or 4 hours all up I'd hazard a guess.

Guess it can't be help when you mind is on semi-autopilot state but still came out pretty good nonetheless.
I personally will try to avoid drawing tired since there's a 50% chance I may not like how it came out the next day, although I am willing to fix it up if some parts turned out very good.

Yeah, normally I try to leave stuff for a couple of hours before I post it so I can come back and make sure there's nothing that needs fixing... just some times it doesn't happen

The three on the left are SSGT Elizabeth "Fox" Gant, Cpt. Shane "Scarecrow" Schofield and GSGT Gena "Mother" Newman. They're the three main characters from Matthew Reilly's "Scarecrow" series of books. If you get a chance, read them. Not particularly well written, but the action is just non-stop. Average time for reading one is about a day they're that fast moving.
The other three, Mao, Sagara and Tessa are from Full Metal Panic! I think we've had this discussion before: you really should watch the rest of it!
Thanks mate

yes we did have a discusion about FMP and I may do a search for them see what happens. Am not a big reader unfortuantly, I can't focus on books for some reason, infact it's more words. If i see alot f them they get blured into one

Awesome work! and those vending machines bring back some good memories!
Mother??? not familiar Mm... gotta go watch FMP! now
As with most anime, I think the series creator holds copyright regardless of the animation studio that produces it, so FMP! should properly be credited to Shouji Gatou

GSGT Gena "Mother" Newman is from Matthew Reilly's series of "Scarecrow" books, not FMP! She is, in her own words, "Inde-fucking-structible" Oh and "Mother" doesn't have anything to do with extraordinary maternal instincts either... it's short for a slightly longer word...
Thanks mate

The third book "Scarecrow" has the most AWSOME carchase ever in it I mean, come on. Who DOESN'T want to 50/50 grind a WRX? It probably would be helpful to read "Ice Station" and "Area 7" first though
