Because obviously the best time to nail down a character design is once you're into editing...I've been actively avoiding posting anything of Lettie and Mathilde, or their compatriots. They are, after all, getting a whole story, and I'd quite like to save any reveals for that. However, something to help nail down the designs of the two already known seemed safe enough. Not that much change wise for Lettie, but Mathilde got a solid re-work, not least to get a bit more separation between the two. Dangers I guess of using two characters who started off entirely unrelated to each other.
Threw in a really rough background for context.

Before I started writing the story, I probably threw out about 90% of what I had. That's also about the point I stopped drawing anyone related to this universe so yeah, a fair bit has changed.

In some ways doing the background quick was a bit of a learning curve, good way of teaching how to be more efficient with the strokes.
