'nother week till the majority of assignment work is done. Fast colour render of a Monty sketch, just because I liked it. I think this is the first time I've shown her wearing that dress in colour. This is now pretty much Monty's default look: YSL dress, two-tone driving gloves (despite not being able to drive), Heuer Camaro chronograph and, though you can't see them here: white leather GoGo boots. And of course trade the Golden Gun for her PPK.

As always, Monty is stunning. I'd like to see this expanded into a full portrait, go-go boots and all. Just a thought, but she needs to be packing the artillery in something. YSL perhaps?

To be honest, what sort of bag (or how to let her carry her PPK in this sort of outfit... she can't just cram it in her belt like with the Safari suit or in a shoulder holster) to give Monty to with this look has been causing me to partake in some head scratching. On one hand, it needs to be a little retro but also go with a few outfits as J&M have limited luggage space. However, I also like to juxtapose Monty's retro-feminine outfits with slightly more masculine accessories (see men's watch, driving gloves, etc). At the moment I'm thinking down the lines of some sort of small vintage duffle or something nice in leather.

That is a tough one. Off the top of my head I really can't think of anything Monty could use that would accent without looking gouche. I can see her carrying her artillery in a small multi-color Clutch or a very small thigh holster.

Yeah, her hair wound up being a little larger here, mostly due to be drawing in pen so not being able to make corrections. If I did it full digital I'd probably re-profile it somewhat.
The other reason of course would possibly be that I had some issues working around where her neck meets her shoulder, and so tried to blot it out with black. Since that area's dark anyway it'd give the impression of longer hair

Not so much a 007 fan as just living in her own semi-permanent time-warp. Most of the "Bond" type gadgets I give her are from the 60s and 70s... you know, back when spy gadgets were actually cool rather than a case of just finding the right size micro-chip
