The martial arts masters from Ryouzanpaku in the manga "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi". Especially considering how buxom most of the girls are in that manga. XD

I could even see how it'd start. Kenichi likes 'how to' books. So, he finds one with "How to get sexy girlfriends". When he opens it, he reads it works only seven times. A flash, and the book disappears. Soon after, Miu becomes affectionate with him, and so does Shigure(whom seems ill fitting in her outfit slightly, having gotten a slight age regression to his age). He's glad it seems to work, not noticing an aura around himself. Then, he meets with his masters..... and soon, he's in a room filled with sexy affectionate girls his age. XD
