The continuing adventures of the ShyGal masks.This one is the slightly more asked for double piece from my poll this past weekend. It is a continuation of the Shy Link piece and it looks like all three parts of the Triforce are now under Shy control.
I decided (slash was convinced) that Windwaker designs would be best given what I was up to, and honestly I have to agree. Stage 1 Ganondorf looks so awesomely buff and bulky that I was a little sad I had to shrink him down to my usual lithe, bootiful fair. As you could probably gather from my gallery, buff guys, bara, bears, and bulky characters are not my particular strength, so I should probably work on that some more.
These Shy girl pieces have also been a bit of a relaxer for me, making me feel much better about my situation and relieving some of that nasty anxiety.

Also, if anything is inaccurate to the Legend of Zelda universe, I haven't played any of the games so I went on screenshots and character designs in my Hyrule Historia.

Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., TF, and TG are manifest hashtags in Wrenzephyr2’s “Shyforce” trifecta of “Shygal” transformation sequences. The appeal to at least these four mega sub-cultures in Nintendo and Deviantart respectively engenders an interest magnitude liable to degrade into unconditional renown; that said, this series earns its awe and respect. Wrenzephyr2’s themes, technique, and transitions display a current vector to the depicted characters.
The Shygal TF idea is a unique one which reminds one of doll or robot TFs as the keen focus and life of the initial faces are quickly locked away; and the body language displays the regular signs of loss of person as well. After the initial slap of the mask both sequences have the third exploratory phase to the fourth climactic body and mind changes. Shy Zelda’s taught swollen bosom - wholly accentuated by Zelda’s wing back pose - gaining the full attention of both characters in the fourth phase insinuates acceptance, or distraction at least. For flavour, the Link sequence’s (wrenzephyr2.deviantart.com/art… ) climax (fourth) depicts physical and mental impediment in the bimbo-esque call cards: booty popping concave knees; idle left arm (Link’s attack arm); and an implacable gaze. ShyGanondorf of the fifth phase has the shielded and evasive posture of a shy person; yet without over literal interpretation, ShyZelda seems more promiscuously forward embodiment of her stockings rather than the shy mask. Also she loses chest mass which was only just the focal perk (no pun) of the previous phase, and given the still open pose of her arms would be at least as pronounced as ShyGanondorf’s final carnal endowment.
Line work is clean and dense. Wrenzephyr2’s apparent TF style - manga anatomy, toonier pseudo manga faces, cunningly downplayed geometric backdrops - as applied to the character’s of Zelda is a welcome middle ground between Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Windwaker (LoZ). In the Shyforce series Wrenzephyr2 augments the anatomies to more realistically proportional in contrast to other works with noteably longer legs. Ganondorf, to credit the artist’s pride, is burly and the hand to body ratio provokes keen believability in the giant’s probable existence (good for Earth ShyGanondorf would only destroy T.V. series’ on Netflix). Posing and expressions are indispensably pivotal to silent TF sequences. Wrenzephyr2 affects private examination to each face at first, then cleverly uses the shy mask’s ever-surprised countenance with dynamic poses to express minor injury, inquiry, shock, and attentiveness. Link’s TF uses the mask as much as body in the fourth and fifth phases as the lack of reflection on the eyes and mouth imply an emptiness which coincide with the confused and flirtatious poses. A steady loss of colour, lines, and distinction in the characters supports the continuity and sexy-shy morphing power of the masks; and the characters’ clothes are patiently transitioned with imaginable reactions to both physical and magical movements. i.e. the flairs of Link’s tunic; collars subtly grow to hoods; stockings erupt and snap to Ganondorf’s legs; sleeves obscure hands.
Wrenzephyr2’s shygal series neatly showcases the artists amalgamated talents of TGTF portrayal. Overall, the series stands out via style, or artistic progress with denser lines, a more personal style of anatomy and facial structure treatment, and evermore succinct, dramatic poses. Wrenzephyr2 fans, students, and browsers alike shouldn’t shy away from the “Shyforce” series.
