I wold call it a raptor, going by the shape of the muzzle. Pterosaurs have a different hinge on the jaw, and the wings are too bat-like to be pterosaur wings. I would call it a Chiroptera Raptor.

I wasn't really going for a traditional looking pterosaur, or any sort of winged creature in particular, but a blend of several to create a whole new creature.
