Martin's Comments: Heh. Lore's not gotten a huge amount to do in this fight so far so I did rather like giving her a pair of awesome moments like this. Really going in swinging getting the biggest hits in on the Light That Remembers that we've seen to this point and really managing to actually hurt him I think makes for a pretty cool bit that really puts over how tough she is.
First panel feels maybe a bit detached from the rest, but these three've been a little out of focus since the fight with the Light actually started and it's obviously going somewhere so felt like a good time to have the three of them taking a step back and scoping things out instead of immediately being in the fray like the others have been, particularly since they're all experienced in their own ways and none of them have powers so they're probably well aware they're going to need an actual plan of attack to keep up.
Admittedly I think the effects on this one could be better. My gout's been kinda-sorta acting up tonight and my sleep's been screwy so it wound up kind of a bit of a slapdash effort on my end, though still happy with it on the whole.
Adam's Comments: Rather fond of the effects here, especially think the third panel just came out great. ^^ I feel like in Blues I've fallen off of doing the Daredevil effect so I was happy to get the excuse to work it in here. Just winds up making the fight feel so fluid and natural.
In general was just a script I was able to naturally and quickly feel really excited for; lots of cool stuff for me to draw and just love the final effect. Like Martin said, letting Lore be awesome was pretty welcome and just put over how much you don't want to mess with her. She even tosses the I-Beam once she decides she doesn't need it anymore and can go back to her fists.
One touch I kinda like that I probably could've made more clear is that Narcisco is pulling Mercury to safety in the first panel, that's why she's kneeling down by him. You can see a bit of his head in the corner but could've drawn that better.
