Adam's Comments: Heheh... Yeah, this wraps up the introductions. ^^ Really great set, with the various characters all summing up their thoughts and getting some personality out. I especially love that Lore gets to be all giddy and happy rather than huffy and trying to look tough; still a big part of her personality but not the most prominent, so making that the basis of her introduction is fun.

Speaking of fun, of course Juliet and Jenny wind up getting long. Juliet doesn't even blink when Jenny hugs her. ^_^ Made the extreme contrast of Grant and Reality even funnier a moment later. Shy timid boy who's unnerved by the idea of even getting famous with the career-focused actor.

When I was gathering up background images for this one, Martin said the Reality Check didn't really show off Reality himself that well (the last time he used it he was offscreen!) and he wasn't sure he wanted to actually use it for the shot. I kinda immediately knew I wanted to show him throwing Steven into the rock wall instead. "Enjoy this shot of me fighting my own teammate!"

Martin's Comments: Yeah, that's the end of the introductions. Had to have Jenny hug someone of course, and made sense for it to be Juliet given you'd want it to be a crossover hug and the two of them would definitely get on well. Kind of just a neat little moment I think where you sort of had to have some kind of moment like that for the crossover.

In general rather happy with some of the interplay here. Got that, Grant undercutting Titus, the awkward moment between Lore and Lulu... Just kind of can really see some of the benefits of the crossover here.

Do think while maybe a little messy this method of getting everyone introduced pretty well. Got everyone's names, powers, and a general idea of their personality in place in a three page span, was maybe a bit of a stopping point in terms of narrative progression but think it accomplished its purpose and do hope everyone enjoyed it. Funny enough Grant coming last kind of partially was due to me just not finding anywhere else to slot him in at but it did make for a decent punchline to the whole thing.

All in all it's kind of a nice benefit of the scheduling we're doing for the crossover. Would've felt way worse about how many pages it's taking before we get into the action and stopping everything dead for several pages of introductions if not for the fact we're churning out four a week right now anyway so it's not really holding things up for that long.
