Description When boredom strikes, build a Tardis!

Made from cardbord, paper, lotsa glue, safety pin and wires for the keylock and door handle, paint and a flashlight.

You can open both doors and take the top off to get access to the inside. Not sure what im going to use it for yet, but atm im using it as a lamp. I've just put a flashlight inside to light up the windows and the lantern at the top, but i wanna see if i can put two separate lights in it so i can have just the lantern or just the windows shining.

When i made this i had no idea what i was doing, just made it up as i went along, so if i get bored again im gonna make a new one and fix the design so the "Police public call box" lights up aswell. As it is now they are attached to the roof so they get pulled away when you take it off. I also want to make it possible to open up the placard (not sure if thats the right word, the notice thingy below the windows) and make a tiny phone inside. I also got lazy with the writing on it, and painting the windows, my back was killing me and i just wanted to see it finished.

Its quite sturdy, im sure i can drop it on the floor without breaking it, not that im going to try xD But its pretty uneven and out of scale, i suck at planning so i had to figure out how i was going to put it all together when i was doing it, i dont think its halfbad for a first try tho

Edit: I'm so excited that Peter Capaldi is the new Doctor!   I hope they give him good stuff to work with!
