I used this as Webcam picture on my page.Based on a Windows 98 Setup screen.
Added the desktop and the mouse/arrow animation.
Edit: suggested that the webcam would move so I changed it.
This seems to be quite popular on Tumblr. If I would have known I'd have animated the mouse cord better.

I downloaded VirtualBox and installed Windows 98 on it. I'm looking for for the program I found it on but it's hard to find. I'll keep looking!

Found it! It's in a program called NetMeeting. You will find the program in a fresh install of Windows 98 at C:\Program Files\NetMeeting in CB32.exe.
