To install double click it and it opens ur display, hit apply and boom.
Anyway, looks like regular theme, except light blue rather than normal blue. Try doing a little more with the start menu next time

I have xp pro and well i dont know where do i have to unzip these file so it works?
I unzipped them to my documents and i open the .msstyles doubleclicking and it only opens my screen settings...
Plz help me :]
