NOTE: PLEASE READ ==> Lol. I'm flattered, but I don't have the time, patience, or fortitude to look at your OCs and tell you how to fix them. xD Just read up on the tutorial and compare your OC with what we're saying.Full view to really be able to read it. VERY TEXT HEAVY.
A collaborative effort between myself and my good friend *Goldenkitsune-Queen
This here, boys and girls, is how to make a decent, My Little Pony OC, while keeping away from the things that make them total Marysues. We see far too many examples of just plain BAD characters, and so, we made this. Use the information here as a sort of guideline when creating your OC.
I know it's very text heavy, but the info is good and something to really keep in mind when making your OC.
I did most of the writing, with a few pointers and much help from *Goldenkitsune-Queen and a few others in the group I run.
*Goldenkitsune-Queen is responsible for the wonderful illustrations and, again, a big help on the text based content as well.

But i must add, a pony should be aloud to have special markings. But not over done! My pony has some simple dashes on her back legs. It makes the colors blend with her mane and make it have a bit more color and originality! Also, you make it seem like have two colors in your mane is a bad thing xD! My pony is a drawer unicorn and studies rainbow spells in free time ^^ Thats not mary sue (YAY)Β

mine is a white unicorn who is great at lightning spells so his cutie mark is the haos symbol and he wears a black hoodie other than that he grew up in canterlot amd loves watching the wonderbolts race is mine a mary sue please tell me

I think this is a very good tutorial, and helped me make an OC, but there is one thing I disagree to. That canonXoc is bad. It can be bad, but it cal also be done right. It's only a bad character stereotype.

Mine seems good in appearence. No blinding neon colors,no stripes,no spots. Personality is just an easygoing one. History is she is Fluttershy's sister,but only can speak to rodents,not you know, bears and birds and ducks and rocks. She know SOME advanced spells,but only 3 or 4,and the rest are simple ones like levetation and firworks and stuff like that. Thanks for the guide!

Finally! Somebody who knows what they're doing when they make pony characters! Sadly, the Mary Sue example you gave is 95% of what I've been seeing when I search up pony OCs for ideas on my own. XD

Yeah, certain parts of the fandom are fine. But then there's...the DARK SIDE. Which contains a fiery innocence-destroying pit of creepy fetishes, Mary Sues and the bronies that are WAY too obsessed with the show.

Hmmm....
Well, the obvious colour palette would be various shades of red-orange and orange-brown, as well as some dark olive-green shades. Try a couple of combinations of those, see if you find one that looks nice.
