Mewtwo VS Arceus. Not much of a fight lol. Honestly, whatever Mewtwo says is the way I feel so yeah.I drew this directly on photoshop with my tablet instead of scanning and tracing. Saved a buttload of time. The art is, as always, sloppy.

Here's a little theory of mine: Arceus is the second strongest. Arceus did make all pokemon but Mewtwo. Mewtwo was created based off what Arceus made, making it stronger than that. And technology is stronger than Arceus, as it is possible to catch it, master ball or not. Mewtwo is the only legendary able to advance with technology, as proven with its mega evolution being the strongest pokemon. So, Mewtwo will continue to grow even after now, and now its already stronger than Arceus. Also, Mewtwo naturally learns aura sphere, so it can land a super-effective move too. But that's just a theory. A game theory.

Yes, He can do that in the most nonsensical movie the franchise ever produced, and I say that remembering that the first one had Ash try to punch Mewtwo out of lack of any other options, then get cried back to life. Hilariously, your best shot if the Life Plates are involved would be Mega Lopunny, due to the lack of a Normal-Type Plate making Him vulnerable to Scrappy-backed Return. Alternatively, get a Magic Room up; if the Mind Plate can override that, hit Him with Embargo because He can only use one plate at a time. Needless to say, you'll also be ganging up against him Rocket-Style, because if He's not going to play fair neither should you.

there is no "GOD" in the pokemon universe. Every pokemon is weak to something. And Arceus can only have advantage over pokemon he shares the DNA with so Mewtwo and any other clone pokemon is immune to his multi type form as referring to the pokemon universe (not the game). And online Mega Mewtwo has the highest stat over any pokemon ever. I have beaten lvl 100 Arceus a bunch of times myself with a mewtwo but it goes both ways. In the game both are equals but in reality Mewtwo clearly is above him.Β

That mewtwo was clearly from a different multiverse, nintendo also confirmed that. Im speaking of the 1st movie mewtwo created by Dr. Fuji and based from Mew. The Genesect one was a different one which mega evolves. They both are from different story lines. Im not stopping because people like you need to learn. Arceus isn't a GOD and neither is HE responsible for creating every pokemon (this was just a speculation) and even if he did, he did not create Mewtwo nor his clone army. Arceus cannot manipulate nor counter Mewtwo. Im not saying Arceus can't stop Mewtwo. Both are powerful enough to destroy each other. BUT ARCEUS CAN BE DEFEATED. There is NO ULTIMATE POKEMON.
