Cell in his second form (after absorbing Android 17) looking downwards as he prepares to destroy an island. This was done on Photoshop CS4 entirely. This is the third picture that I traced just to get the jist of my tablet, line-art is still pretty sloppy but getting better I guess.From: Dragonball Z
