That's Viacom, the company that owns Nickelodeon (among many other channels).
They're an all consuming eldritch abomination of a media corporation that for some reason settled down and just kinda takes care of his TV Channels like a good dad.
But yeah it's basically Father, minus the evil and fire (though he gets monstrous and grows tentacly bits the more upset he gets). You're definitely not the first one to make that connection with their appearance.
