Description
A tutorial for WMV edits.Loads of people always asking me how I make images look so soft, It's a very wide-used technique, so I just thought I would make a basic tutorial for all those who do not know about it.
Please feel free to ask any questions in the comments, And if you use this tutorial it would be fantastic to link the images you have practised it on in the comments, as well as link back to this tutorial in your deviant submission to help others!
I hope you all found this very helpfull

Thanks! This really helped <3
I used it with GIMP 2.8, and I just had to change the radius on the blur, but it worked all the same! ^_^
