The best way is to look for Obertaurer's that are open for breeding and ask about reserving a breeding. Imports happen in winter time but a usual requirement is to show progress with a bred Obertaurer foal or an adopted horse with a lot of progress, in order to request one.

Number one:
-Read the breed sheet. You won't believe how many questions it is answering
if you put a few things together, about what it is describing :

Get yourself a cup of tea and relax, it is a bit of text to read
Number two::
-Breed standards, Such as colors, character, and appearance exist for a reason.
Do not breed and request Obertaurers that don't fit the standard.

Yes we know rare and impossible horses are quite the temptation but keep in mind you irritate the breeder a lot with that,

In a breed with a standard.
Number three:
-Selling Obertaurers for points is forbidden.
It should be always possible to purchase these horses for art, via auctions, sales or breedings,
to keep the spirit of the Horse ART RPG up. : D
