I have OCs for my Powerpuff Panic! series, but none of them are actually in Puff form, so I could never use any PPG bases cuz I didn't have a character for them. ...So I made one. Probably not canon in PuffPanic! though.

Back Story:

Barbie was born during the PPG original 90s episode 'Knock it Off'. In that episode the Professor's old college roommate Dick Hardly manufactured purposely faulty rip-offs of the Powerpuffs for profit, but met his untimely end in that very episode.
Barbie was faulty but opposite in many ways to the other rip-offs. The rip-offs retained the original Powerpuffs abilities but had poor body structure, versus Barbie had an extremely sturdy structure but didnt attain any of the original abilities. This, however, is what saved her in the end when most every clone and Dick himself died at the end in an explosion, leading to Barbie's discovery of her first unique ability 'Ragdoll'.

All abilities were made for defense. However 'capsule' could be made to be offensive.
            Ragdoll:
Gives Barbie's body the structure of a flimsy cloth doll; allowed to be tossed around, torn apart, and fall from high places. If a wound is so much as taped shut while in this form, Barbie can change back to normal with no sign of said wound. However, she can only keep it up for 15 minutes, and its very hard to move around in since there's basically no skeleton.
            Waves of Calm:
Her best defensive ability to nullify a situation. Waves of calm is basically a way to instantly calm down and soothe just about anyone at the touch of Barbie. The affected will feel a surge of warmth and safety, and inside their mind they're brought to their 'happy place', even when they don't know what they would consider theirs to be. Subject will feel no aggression at all. This effect will fade after losing touch with Barbie about 5 minutes after.
             Capsule:
Capsule is more simply a force field in the shape of a sphere, as if being surrounded by a strong shield. This capsule can vary in size and is strong in structure. Because of this, Barbie can create multiple small orbs to throw at enemies. This is basically her only ability that has any bite since she didn't again anything like strength, speed, or even flight from the tainted version of the original Powerpuff Girls recipe.

             Basic Personality:

Barbie is very eccentric. This meaning she's a little strange, and can ramble on about a lot of nonsense, but is an overall excitable girl and good-hearted... though she has some level of difficulty with morality. Barbie has a hard time understanding what the line is between right and wrong. Why do THAT, when THIS is much easier, sort of thing. She doesn't mean to hurt anybody but can forget to think about consequences. For example; more often than not, she will always tell the truth, a good thing or bad thing depending upon circumstances. She firmly believes you have the right to know things, but it can cause unnecessary drama. However, I assure you, Barbie genuinely wants you satisfied and happy.

              Side Details:
- She is near completely blind in her left eye and speaks with a prevalent stutter. If I have her talking in a picture, or am using her for RPing purposes, she will talk with her stutter.
- Almost always gives human names to all inanimate objects she uses.
- May have an entire conversation with herself sometimes but is more than happy to have a group chat with you.
