Description
Since the art style for my rendition Powerpuff Panic! became a bit more cartoon-like, I tried to smooth out the designs I had for some of my custom/fan characters and made them a tad less detailed. All info about them has been transferred here.

Changes from Old to New: Dotty has more angles, Crowford is a little more thin, and Sylvie's outfit is now a spooky sweater and shorts~ Tank mostly stayed the same in costume and looks.

Dotty:
Gender: Female
Age: Ageless
Species: Ink Monster
Affiliation: Villain
Weapon: Ink + Stretchy Body

- Dotty's passive in most of her attacks; when she first arrives all she did was graffiti random (but pretty horrible) secrets about the people of Townsville.
- She can talk- but not much. All she replies with when asked why she does what she does, is "R E P E N T". And for the most part, sqwaking like a bird.
- Dotty was apparently born of humanity's crimes against nature. Where exactly is unknown.
- Her name was given to her by Bubbles, 'Dotty' because she's an ink blot leaving dots everywhere.

Crowford:
Gender: Male
Age: Ageless (but recently created, think of Jenny from My Life as a Teenage Robot)
Species: Scarecrow
Affiliation: Anti-Hero
Weapon: Sythe, or just a really big sickle??

- Crowford has about 3 episodes dedicated to him before he sides with the PowerPuff Girls, but still goes at his own pace. He doesn't care much for things that don't concern him.
- He protects a farm that his previous humans once owned before they passed. But instead of driving away crows, he allies them and mostly drives away humans; until the PPG can convince him otherwise. He then simply cares for the fields and birds, living his own life.
- Crowford can grow the wings and talons of a crow. He only uses these abilities when he's a bit cornered; as Crowford has a lot of confidence in his combatant abilities. He doesn't really boast as he's a somber guy, but he'd be open to talkin' strategy with you.
- Dotty is very fond of him, perhaps it's because she's bird-like therefore putting her under the influence he has of crows. Anything they do together is generally mutual.

Sylvie:
Gender: Female
Age: 674 (In appearance: As 'kid' around 7. As 'adult', around 24.)
Species: Witch
Affiliation: Villain
Weapon: Various Potions

- Steals the vitality of children, keeping her youth. Sylvie may not look old even in her adult appearance, but she can instead break like a porcelain doll. Any 'pieces' of herself that comes off can be easily reattached when she has enough energy to do so again.
- Tries to hard to be young and hip, she's actually pretty corny and is old fashioned with technology. Her colors when she's 'older' can become desaturated over time, with out the aid of children's vitality.
- Sylvie doesn't have a proper wand, so she mainly uses alchemy to make potions and such for battle. She does however use a special song when taking vitality.
- She resides in a deeper chasm of the "Libertatem Woods", which over time has become home to quite a few other-worldly creatures.

Tank:
Gender: Male
Age: 12
Species: Human
Affiliation: Villain
Weapon: Explosives

- Tank is a very explosive boy- in terms of battle and in personality. He often goes on tangents just because he's feelin 'upity'.
- He speaks with a southern accent and has a prevalent stutter. It's said something happened to him to give him those scars on his head accompanied with the stutter, but people aren't too sure.
- He lives in a corrective home for 'troubled children'. Which is basically just full of orphans who aren't too suitable for adoption yet, him being one of the most troublesome as he finds ways to escape often.
- He doesn't seem to mean harm... but he could really care less what happens to people due to his need of fulfillment and entertainment.
