Description
Since the art style for my rendition Powerpuff Panic! became a bit more cartoon-like, I tried to smooth out the designs I had for some of my custom/fan characters and made them a tad less detailed. All info about them has been transferred here.

Serenus has a color palette that can change upon seasons --> PowerPuff Panic! Serenus Seasons

Changes from Old to New: Kordell isn't part spider anymore- she's a living mannequin. Serenus took a turn in coloring for her outfit, now a bit more like a tree rather than a flower. The mouths are shown of Serenus and Fortissimus because their insides are colored like that; making Serenus have pink blood whilst Fortissimus has orange.

Kordell:
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Species: Living Mannequin
Affiliation: Villain
Weapon: Hypnosis, Dances

- As she is not very physically strong, Kordell prefers to use other specific abilities in battle. She's learned dances that have various affects on others, usually causing hypnosis but can do other things as well; such as changing the weather.
- Though a mannequin, Kordell is otherwise human-esque. Soft skin, functioning eyeballs, but no pulse or blood to speak of. When she's worn down, whether naturally fatigued or in a fight, she'll revert back to an un-moving mannequin to recuperate; thus able to be tossed around like a ragdoll and even broken apart.
- An obsession with misperfection. Kordell really dislikes things being to nice and perfect, she believes in a strict balance and will do whatever she pleases in order to 'put things back into place'.
- Lives over on Monster Isle. Doesn't associate often with others, but has no problem speaking when spoken too. She could go on and on about her ideals.

Mathais:
Gender: Male
Age: 16?
Species: Human
Affiliation: Villain
Weapon: Varies Upon Job

- Mathais started out taking random odd jobs, more often than not of villainous nature; so he's earned reputation as a kidnapper and keeps his identity known as 'Mathais'. No one knows why he takes on these jobs... unless you ask the right villain. (This connection is to a canon PPG villain, not another fan character.)
- 16 years of age is an estimation from his employers. He's young in stature but old enough to drive his motorcycle, making the youngest he could be 16.
- Does not talk. People assume that it's because he wants to keep his work life separate from his regular life, but it's been suspected that Mathais is unable to talk in the first place.
- When first introduced he worked under Princess' father, and was later hired as a sort of part-time body guard. Now he's often seen around Princess but refuses to obey her every order, much to her dismay.

Serenus:
Gender: Female
Age: 343
Species: Fairy (Queen)
Affiliation: Hero
Weapon: Magic (Earth, Wind, Size change, Summoning)

- Not just the Queen of her large colony in Libertatum Woods, but THE Queen of the Fairies. She was picked by tradition rather than things like voting, and was granted magic that could not only summon mythic creatures of the forest but also the ability to change size. She rather loves being a giant, even amongst humans.
- Has a fascination with all creatures, and strives to make peace among many species. It was formally tradition that the King and/or Queen stay hidden and protected, but Serenus is bold and would rather be out and about.
- Though it may not always be her business, Serenus helps to fight Townsville's crime now and then; giving her the 'hero' title. More often than not though, she helps guard her colony against others who live in Libertatum Woods like Sylvie and Fuzzy Lumpkins.
- Serenus may like all creatures but she's very into things created by humans. She is, in fact, a huge fan of man-made stories and loves talking about the things she watches/reads.

Fortissimus:
Gender: Male
Age: 829
Species: Fairy (Adviser)
Affiliation: Bystander
Weapon: Magic (Sleep)

- Fortissimus was a trusted adviser of the previous King and Queen of the fairies. But in this scenario, he's actually Serenus' Grandfather and she treats him as such- more than listening to his advice. Poor guy.
- He's often fatigued, taking care of many of the things Serenus is unable to get too. Fortissimus loves his sleep and it's actually his only magic; to set himself and others to sleep. He can even make it to where he can give them nightmares or sweet dreams.
- Prefers not to get involved in the PowerPuff Girls' business. He'll help every once in a while, but if it can helped with other methods he'll probably just be sleeping instead.
- Actually pretty territorial about his belongings and space, a similarity between him and Fuzzy Lumpkins. He's never to sure whether to sympathize with Fuzzy or not.

Side note on the Fairies: Firstly, they're not up to scale above~ like most fairies, they're very small. Secondly, a fairy is born when a fertilized flower blooms (from partnered fairies), so female fairies don't have boobs as breastfeeding isn't a thing for them. While they can reproduce the same way as humans, it's entirely unnecessary for them since it's such a pain for females. Their young do not require milk, but rather nectar from flowers. Lastly, the fairy lifespan has them live up to 1200. Fortissimus honestly just looks old for his age, no doubt because of his job that he's held for so long.
