I'm not friend of hunters which believe to have a noble level. In fact hunters are part of human observed nature, necessary like workers in forest. Its a job, not more.

Is forest in Slovenia free for all or privilege country for hunters?

I am not sure, because I don't own a forest, but I think that the hunting society can hunt in privat forest too. It's not a good idea to search for feeding places and use the observation facilities without the permition of hunter society. But you still can pick up small amounts of mushrooms and chestnuts from the
forest.

Of course, at dusk time, e.g. 6-7pm, it is not recommended to be confused with animals.
