Description
The howl goes up,My blood goes cold,
I will run with the wolves,
Before I'm too old.
I watch the pack streak down the hill,
Grab my coat and out the door,
I run to meet them,
Mind full of old wolf lore.
A bark and a nod,
A space in the pack,
I join their hunt,
Without looking back.
We frighten a deer,
And begin to chase,
Catch it and feast,
Raw meat and blood on my face.
When it is over,
I return to my home,
A head full of memories,
To take to my tomb.
And for just one night,
I knew true freedom,
Running with the wolves,
In nature's kingdom.

I would have to agree... The Wolf is my favorite animal and I absolutely love them... Including the horse and badger, the Wolf is my main guardian animal!!
