I am really not that good at drawing frills and folds, but since some wanted me to do a tutorial on them I did. Also, I am even worse at explaining things, so please just try to follow the step by step picture examples OTLAnd please ignore any spelling mistakes T__T;;
And yes, if you do the folds right the rest of the clothes will just magically appear >:U That is a lie, you will have to draw that yourself, you lazy bum ;3

I'm okay at frills - not great at them and I've had doubts on drawing layers of frills and the colorin part. U just saved me. = D U're tutorial is so awesome! The pictures help a lot (especially for lazy bums like me! XP) and I sure that even if one wouldn't understand English, they would be able to understand ur tut Γ§oz of the pictures! ^^

In Sai I use the blur tool, but the water tool works as well. I don't know how to do it in photoshop ;v;"

Oh, but you can use the gradient tool right? It has the same button as the bucket tool, you just gotta switch them around xD;Β
