I am really not that good at drawing frills and folds, but since some wanted me to do a tutorial on them I did. Also, I am even worse at explaining things, so please just try to follow the step by step picture examples OTL

And please ignore any spelling mistakes T__T;;

And yes, if you do the folds right the rest of the clothes will just magically appear >:U That is a lie, you will have to draw that yourself, you lazy bum ;3
