I’m sorreh for this being super late! I was waiting for a few other folks’ permission to use their photos and faces in this montage. Plus school and work got in the way….eeeeeeeugh
But at long last I bring you the Sonic Revolution montage!
If anyone else from the convention is in this montage, let me know so I can include you in this pic’s description, and let me know if it’s alright or not to use your photo.

Oooooo boy, where do I start? This event, Sonic Revolution 2014, the very first Sonic convention in the U.S. was one of the best conventions I’ve ever gone to! Granted it was small this year, but I still had a blast nonetheless. It was fantastic meeting fellow Sonic fans, some DA friends in person (such as my good friend Aquatic-Angel ), and getting to meet some of my favorite Sonic artists: Elson Wong and Evan Stanely . And purchasing Sonic merchandise is always fun. 
I even got to meet Tommy Tallarico! He’s contributed and composed a whole bunch of videogame soundtracks, including some Sonic games such as Sonic and the Black Knight.
The costume contest was also a LOAD of fun! And the Shard costume is FINALLY DONE! The shoulders kept falling off during the convention, mainly because I was literally working on the costume right before the convention 
But enough of my ramblings, I hope you enjoy this montage put together of my adventures at SR 2014.
Thank you to everyone who contributed toward this convention, and especially to those who made this event possible. Without the hard work of the staff behind the convention we wouldn't even have one. So thank you staff!
And thank you so so sooooo much Elson and Evan. You've given me so much helpful advice on my artwork and commissioning information. I've been able to determine the right price for my commission list and hopefully be able to start it up next year.
Can’t wait for the next Sonic Revolution! Hopefully I can go next time…..

Actually this was the very first Sonic Revolution convention to happen. Though I do believe the SR folks are trying to make it an annual thing. They weren’t able to do it this year, though I’m fairly certain they are planning one for 2016. As for when and where it’ll take place, it’ll probably take place during the summer in California (probably near LA or Disneyland).
I’m hoping next year the SR convention will be scheduled around the same time as the San Diego comiccon. That way I can go to both without having to drive for too long of a distance.

I didn't even know there was a Sonic Revolution convention at all until I saw your thing, But I hope that I will be able to find out about it if they do it next year and get to go! P.s. Love your costume! Shard doesn't get as much love as he deserves

I'm really happy to know that you've been able to formulate some commission prices for a start! You'll just have to keep doing more and adjust from time to time to get the best possible result for your and the client.

I'll indeed keep up my artwork! Things will definitely be interesting next year, so hopefully that means even more creative artwork.

Well, even though you didn't come to this one, I'm sure there will be many more in the future. Plus there's also the San Diego Comiccon.
The SR shirt I got for donation and contributing to the convention, but the red shirt with the Robotnik chili dog I bought at the convention. If you're curious I believe SR is selling more shirts right now, I'm just not sure if they're for sale right now. I'll have to double check on the SR facebook page...

By any chance is there one of these conventions anywhere close to Massachusetts? 'Cause I'm guessing that's as far as any of my parents are willing to take me for anything Sonic related

I'm not sure if there is one close to Massachusetts, but it's not impossible. The Sonic Revolution convention is hosted by the fans for the fans, so if there's enough Sonic fans out there in Massachusetts it could happen! While a convention out there might not happen soon, a fan meetup could happen. Someone would have to make a FB page for the Massachusetts Sonic fans (the same way there's a group for California Sonic fans), and then get a meetup organized that works in everyone's favor.

I certainly hope Shard comes back again in the comics. It isn't fair to build up that much character development and anticipation of any character and then rip them from the comic. I'm hoping after Mobius gets put back together after being torn apart that the original storyline will be restored.
But then again, now the new characters after the reboot have developed stories and personalities. It would be a shame to loose them too. If only there were some balance between the two universes...
