That is very kind of you... GIMP does not allow you to expand and alter the filters like PS.. Still a awesome Tutorial by the way

well i submitted this tut in 2008 and after make the submission i searched all orbs tut to make sure not repeat the tut i didn't saw it so i did if ppl been submitting same tut cuz got reference for anywhere what can i do?

Wow, what an awesome technique and tutorial! ^^ It took me about 20-30 minutes to figure out how to do it in GIMP (I don't own Photoshop.
