I wanted to draw Morgan Hysleria 's OC forI took the influence from his bio; "Feels like he should’ve been the Luminary after Jezebel’s downfall. He’s not fond of Shock one bit." Which I thought was an interesting plot point that we get to explore seeing as he is rather high in command and I'm sure there will be some others that follow him.
At least I hope so because that would be so interesting.
Yeah, so this is a very red image that wasn't meant to be red but I ended up adding it at the end. Enjoy!
