i don't remember what the actual name of the building is, but i think its being used by 1st financial. its on 35W north of down town. near home depot.

i think its called broadway east building. i think they lease out office space. there is a east an west version of the building. i happened to drive by it this afternoon. but couldn't make out everything on the sign.
