May I ask a question? Can something besides Latex be used? The reason is because I want to cosplay as a nurse in the near future, but I'm highly allergic to laytex.

yeah you can use silicon. I'm not sure if the same process can be used. You should be able to check tutorial through youtube and such. I was thinking it uses a different material for the casting part off the clay. I'm not sure though. But yeah, silicon is a good alternative.
