Decepticon: SplicerTransforms into a CD
Nasty, unpleasant and deadly. He partners with Shatter (who transforms into a radio details later) He has is a tripple changer, CD, fast robot mode and normal robot mode. He is a natural for pirating systems but is extremely small, probably the smallest decepticon.

Nice work buddy. Still like the colour and the glowing red eye. And yes he is an inspiration from Reedman. I wanted a decepticon that matches size and bears a small resemblance to Reedman but without the capability of defending himself properly.
