Decepticon: SplicerTransforms into a CD
Nasty, unpleasant and deadly. He partners with Shatter (who transforms into a radio details later) He has is a tripple changer, CD, fast robot mode and normal robot mode. He is a natural for pirating systems but is extremely small, probably the smallest decepticon.

a brilliant touch. He is also a tripple changer, arms tuck in and form a tail while the pelvis tucks in the chest and the legs get a bit longer
