You mean Yuzuki Kiryu.Β She is one of many who can pull off the Mai Shiranui cosplay.
Mai's trademark "Nippon Ichi" was even used by Yayoi Ogawa in F3: Frantic Frustrated & Female.
Only a select few can do Mai well. Shaia of Gowcaizer don't count since it's from the same designer.
