she really does look fragile. I loved the detail on the cobblestones, out of everything here that drew me in the most, and the color scheme is out standing being able to keep this dowsed in blue is just a tremendous bit of work. Great job!

Haha it's actually a guy, but all boys tend to look like girls when they're like, 5.
I love limiting my color pallete sometimes. I think this turned out better than my
previous attempts at a color scheme. I love working with blue, bright blue, and a gothic
washed out blue. Blue blue blue!!
Thank you

You do color...so well!
I actually kind of want to see it more. It seems that on a lot of your works it kind of just fades off into whiteness. I do it too...but...well, it's not like I get critique from people either, so...I don't know it yet
I do love the cobblestone and effects here. Excellent, most so.

THANKS SO MUCH MAN
See what more? I'm kinda confused, but then again, that might be me just being stupid.
It was meant to fade into whiteness at the edges..does it look strange like that?
The cobblestones are my favorite part about this picture..I really need to work on how to
do bricks and buildings~ and this was a good practice.

YOU'RE SO AAAAAAAAAARGH WELCOME.
See more of you're uber-colorful pieces. (sorry I didn't clarify) I like how you color; it's like putting a bouquet of flowers in a blender lol.
Nonono, not around the background at least. The cobblestone meets the whiteness really well. I just think the character himself could have more definition--but it really is just my opinion.
AND WHAT DOES PRACTICE MAKE?
FLAWLESSNESS.

Thanks! People in the past told me I use way too many colors in a piece, and advised
me to use a limited pallete. Looks like I'm making progress!
Just wondering, what's a wash and how was it applied to my painting?

a limited pallete can be fun, and you pull it off really well
the wash is like the faded color effect, and how all your colors seem to match. you do so well in most of your pieces

nah, use as much as you want, dont restrict yourself,

and as for the interpretation.. i have no functioning brain cells, so i'm not goin to even try to take a stab at that.

I really care about that person. Her family's been pretty hard on her lately, more than usual.
I'm really bad at comforting people, because my apologies sound artificial and I've grown up
kinda having an emotional shell because my mom taught me to "suck it up and to shut up".
As for the interpretation, I thought the scene from the movie kinda contrasted two things, a youthful
young person that has not been corrupted and has not "matured" (body wise), while residing in a
dirty looking city. I imagined despite the polluted environment, the person will just grow up purer
and stronger.
