Well i saw people making they're own speculation of how Godzilla will look like in 2014 so i thought... Eh what the hey :3 i love how it turned out actually
Godzilla belongs to Toho, and the pic above belongs to Legendary and Warner Bros.

I know I read the descripsion but what I mean is that its too skinny and the feet and eyes are too big to be a real design it looks more like and anime drawing or cartoon but not for a movie

looks badass...but I think legs are disproportionate comparing to the rest of the body

And i do admit, legs are my weakness. I can do heads, bodies and arms fine (arms are trickier when its an anime drawing), but i always find difficulties on the legs XP idk i was trying to give them a Ghost Godzilla feel from GMK

if you have time try to draw your godzilla with skinnier legs to see the effect
obviously it's just my opinion, I love everything in the drawing, but when I reach legs...hmmmm :/

reason why i made them big is because. Hello XD What's scarier than a colossal giant monster with legs so big and wide, the chances of escaping it's path are futile. That and i honestly aint that much of a fan for the recent Godzilla drawings that have him sport an extreme dino appearence or skinny builds. IMO the only dinasour trait they should add is similar leg structure(like how i drew the right leg). It would actually look great.
Also we gotta keep in mind that he was spawned by nuclear bombs, so the outcome of that ain't gonna be pretty. The huge legs could be an effect by the radiation(plus it's scarier IMO)

yeah, I like your last explanation for the big legs. actually, that's a great question: why godzilla has always to be so proportional and symmetric? he's one of the products of Nature exposed to insane amounts of mutagenic radiation. and we all have seen the consequences of nuclear radiation in living things in the descendents of people who were exposed to it. and they're not symmetrical and proportional. at all!

yeah hehehe since it was a specuation i had for Legendary's design, i thought "Why not make it terryfying and true to the original and also similar to Ghost Godzilla?" since they do want to bring back the original King of Terror himself, like the first one. Merciless, fearsome, a violent force of nature filled with hatred and rage... To represent that, i had to think "Terryfying, but true to the actual design". I put in elements from the GMK one, the 2000 one in some areas and my own personal tweaks. and this nightmare has now been spawned If i ever made a Godzilla movie... This is how he'd look like

From my point of view, the neck is a LOT thicker and th head is larger and has a much more rectangular profile.

NOTE the picture and the model used on the San Diego comic con trailer we're not the final product. That is where the speculations arise, giving us interesting ideas on how it might look like, since his actual design is still a mistery. This is simply my speculation of how he might look, but it depends on the artist's mind and what he would like to see
