Why Do I keep getting errors when I put my images, ive checked and all the required settings for the image is correct, still I keep getting error

secondly I really was looking for some kind a great tutorial like these one, while I wants to try how to make a graphic theme for the PSP

I've been searching for ages for a tutorial like this, and this is way better then i hoped! <3 especially considering it's been the only one i've found
