This is one of the pages of Hotaru's boredom observations (when she's bored, sometimes she just draws her environment.) This one is of her pet Phoenix a Troglodrakon, open mouthed and closed mouth. Who knows, maybe this simple observation might help someone understand a little bit better on how an Auri alien's mouth moves? It's not very detailed, but maybe one of her future science papers explains it in full...This was definitely just an excuse to draw Phoenix...
