First, take a font similar to the logo.
Then, write the text with it.
Now, skew the text at desired angle.
Duplicate text.
Rasterize both texts for editing.
Now you have front text and back text.
Lock transparent pixels to the layer of front text and paint it the way you like.
Move back text behind the front text to simulate the effect of extruded text.
Paint it the way you like it.
When you are satisfied with the results, combine both layers of text to make one.
Finally, add the layer effect Stroke.

I'm using Photoshop.
It's basically the same process to make HOLO PEARL but skewing the text at some angle and adding more distance to the drop shadow.
But, instead of using a drop shadow effect, I duplicate the layer of the text, in this case GARNET. One GARNET layer for the foreground text and the duplicate for the background (for making it look like a extruded text).
And, well, you need to mimic the colors of the original too.
If you want a tutorial tell me, but I'll take a while.
