Description
MiniAltos are a subspecies of Fulminaltos. They are around 2 inches tall and have stockier arms and legs. While they store electricity in their clouds like regular Fulminaltos, sometimes they can overcharge causing their fur to fluff up like a puffball.

This little one has awful vision, but its hearing is amazing with those bat like ears! Its little heart shape nose also gives it the rare ability to smell!
