Note: Resque look like plush toys but they are not. Their stitch like markings allows them to blend in with other stuffed animals in stores. Their job is to fix broken toys. They have three tails. The larger tail is used to carry supplies. The other two skinnier tails are able to grab and hold things. Most Resques use them as an extra pair of paws to quickly grab supplies strapped to the larger tail. Their diet consists mostly of sugar.
There are several squadrons that work under Santa Claus. They fix toys that may have been damaged by evil cats or rambunctious puppies before Christmas morning. Warrior Resques are a special group of Resques that work for Santa Claus. Unlike his emergency toy repair team, these bad boys are trained to protect and defend the workshop and stables. The Warriors are considered as a myth by most normal Resques since they are very rarely seen outside of the North Pole in full combat gear, if at all. They are the only Resques allowed to be equipped with lethal weapons. When retired, they must turn in their weapons. They have a love for candy canes, so much that some even paint their weapons to look like them

Special Resques: Due to a mutation, some Resques are born with an extra pair of ears. These give them better hearing than an average Resque. Majority of Resques born with an extra pair of ears are trained by a spymaster. The spymaster keeps an eye over the entire store and dispatches minions to retrieve broken toys found by store workers. They use glitter bombs to create diversions.
Baby Resques: These little ones are in training. They use messenger bags to help carry supplies because their larger tails have not fully grown in yet. Plus, it's scary sticking large needles there! They have very little control over their smaller tails at this age. It is almost like they have a mind of their own and it can be very frustrating. The little ones training under the Spymasters have it harder than the others. They are expected to be stronger and faster so that they can successfully carry out their rescue missions in the future. Junior agents have weighted plastic easter eggs strapped to their tails so help increase their strength. The number of weights increase as they grow. They are absolutely not authorized to carry or use glitter bombs.
