Description Entry for

Her Salad Days characters Ren and Mike. But they are my two favorite characters! I could see something like a deep dark connection between the two, but not knowing how they really are kept me from adding special stuff that only Tyshea had the right to do. (ex. Mike's fingers were going to glow on the scythe, but i didn't know how special he was, so...)

I just had to enter. I checked out all the contestants and i saw the same pairings, but I had the idea first! ...darn it!

...Well that and I want to make a cameo appearance in her manga >.>...

*crosses fingers* I hope my artwork places first! If not, second is just as good! XD

Wow you're really going all out on these contests! You've gotten so good! I really love the concept And teh bloody to black BG and how the two guys "connect" like are so close and sorta related but not really... heh and again, love how the hand came out, especially how it's placed on the scythe which is WICKED awesome by the way ^_~ I like the dude with the hood and how he's positioned too Not sure which one he is though but it's awesome

I came a long way o.o.

And I definately used references from Tyshea's page, i had to strike the most resemblance for the contest of course. Maybe next time I draw them, I'll use more of my style eh?

references are pretty
i drew a really good mint {at least for me XD;;} using references :I
but when it comes right down to it, the best style is your own. you should definitely use your own style you're a good artist. ^.^

Wow, i LOVE this. it's definetly one of the best pictures in the contest. I'm for the ren and mike pairing too, but for the fanfic i wrote , i ended up putting mike and autumn together. T__T i dont eactly know why...

Hey, any pairing is cool. I'm sure someone else thinks Mike and Autumn is a better pair. And thanks for the compliment. It really means a lot since when I first joined dA I wasn't at all as good. Your writing skill is probably the best out of the lot as well!

Hmm... i guess they just both seemed to be very sweet, calm people. plus, they could both be together in heaven, so i liked the way it could have ended if autumn moves on.

i also reeeally like MikexRen, too. but i didn't want to write a dialouge with ren in it for some reason..o_O
