Edit: Reuploaded because at the time I didn't have a program to take off the smudginess of the last image. If you've seen the previous image and thought that one was better with the smudginess just let me know. xDIt's Billy as a cockatiel. :'DDDD
Based off of an inside joke and the fact that every time I look at my cockatiel, Senna, she reminds me of the inside-joke Billy whom is a difficult puppet child. My cockatiel is like a difficult child who knows she is adorable and can get away with kicking me around. xD
