it shows you how to make a turtle with seed beads. sorry for crappy picture quality..

if you can see the little triangles on the diagram it means thats where you press the wire to make the turtle shell round. just an example of how you can make stuff look 3d without the hassle (but it looks kinda empty too) by merely pressing here and there
