I love the guy in the background! He's amazing and I love the face expression. I think you've got that one down to the art! Not really sure what's under his nose or in front of his mouth though...
the girl looks a little stiff in the dress, perhaps make some wave or some sort of wrinkle to it. It looks as if someone just plasters something on her. colours good too!

It's a start, I'm sure you'll get the dress down. You've gotten a heck of a lot further then I when it comes down to females. I can't draw them and when I do it takes months before I got it down right... ish.
