Description
Based on the SC1 cinematic look, with a little inspiration from Mr. Jack's Field Manual version for the teeth, since the SC1 cinematic model's teeth were just triangles. The same model was used for the sprites and cinematics and you can see it close up here , it just wasn't very detailed. I made up new details without referencing the SC2 / Field Manual body, even though they are very good designs.
This isn't the completely final version, the wings will have some nice translucency added later. But it's looking pretty good. Here is a 3D version on sketchfab with that translucency.

I pretty much don't use deviantart anymore, in favor of Artstation. I will log back in here to post really major stuff in the future, but will probably continue to be pretty inactive.
