Running out of titles...
I did both my pcs last year so decided to submit some npcs this year! I always enjoy designing Taffy Town stuff haha///

Name: Velia
Species: Enchanted Doll (cross between bjd and those ventriloquist dummies)
Job: Tailor
Age: Was animated some time ago (not too long), claims to be in her 20's though clearly looks much younger (rip)

Personality: - Bubbly, giggles a lot (the hollow kind of giggle you hear in horror games)
- Quite noisy, and likes to chat. May be a nuisance in this sense.
- Rather than a big sister type she is more of a little sister type.
- Affectionate...
- Still takes care of people (this can be a good thing or a bad thing) and is more competent in this sense.
- Super obsessive at times...Quirks:- Has crazy cycles where she crushes on someone and obsesses over them. It gets real bad. Lots of giggling...
- At such times, it may show in her work. (ie. selling a sweater with said person's name etched into the sweater everywhere in red thread)
- A stalker. She's good at doing that thing where you look away and look back and she's a couple meters closer. Despite her energetic self, she can sit still for a long, long time... (Natural skill of a doll?!)
- Eyes go red sometimes when she's watching people. It's just when she's happy. ❤ Red is her favourite colour!
- Takes care of a certain pumpkin imp and his friend.

Species: Ghost; was presumably human.
Job: ? ? ?
Age: ? ? ? looks around mid 20's do dead people even age
Mask: Blindfold. But. He actually can't see, so.

Personality: - Carefree and easygoing. Can't dislike much when you don't remember if you disliked it!
- Friendly... kind of? Actually, maybe it's better to describe it as "a nice kind of weird".
- Unlike his living Toffee Town counterpart he doesn't sass anyone for the sake of making them go away. Generally innocent and receptive...
- Might have moments where he slips in a backhanded comment- claims it's a reflex from memories lost.
- Still smiles 99% of the time, but rather than meaning it or not, it's a rather clueless one.
- He likes to be near people. In that sense, he is quite fond of kids and listening to their noisy banter.Quirks:- Has amnesia and can't see- the blindfold isn't just for show! Can't remember a thing before arriving in Taffy Town, just one short year ago. But that's probably normal for a ghost..?!
- Because of this he can't remember his name. After being referred to as the "Mystery Man", he's taken a liking to it and started to introduce himself to people as that. what an edgelord
- Highly proficient in dark magic, which he finds natural to him, so it's usable even in his current state. Forgot everything else.
- He's 'solid' in the sense that you can't walk through him. Cold to the touch (he is a ghost...). Likes touching people, but cannot actually feel their warmth(?). It's more to 'identify' them.
- Going blind is a recent thing- he can see with his 'magic'. But, skill is mediocre and still walks into walls sometimes. Luckily, as a ghost, it's not too bad.
- Has not figured out the phase through solid objects thing yet. While ghosts can float, he usually walks... newb
- He can teleport very short distances (not through things though) so don't be surprised if you see him dangling off a tree or something... may make creepy appearances but 9/10 times he's just fooling around because he has no idea what is going on.
- The red/gold on his clothes/blindfold glows when he's using magic. :3c
