Personality: Tim is a very happy-go-lucky kind of guy. Like his appearance suggests, he acts quite like an eager puppy- lively, loud, loving, and gentle. He loves Toffee Town dearly and truly believes in his big heart that it is the best place in the world to live, for both humans and hybrids alike. As such, he's always got a smile for everyone, and probably candy for them too. It is (probably) impossible for him to dislike anyone. His perseverance and dedication to the town are unrivaled.

That being said, Tim's level of optimism makes him kind of delusional to the reality of thing around him. It's so bad that it's actually a negative aspect of his personality. He always seems to have '(invisible) goggles' on to allow him to view the situation in a positive light. Basically, he is just so in denial over everything bad that he has convinced himself everything is good (or will be). You cannot convince him otherwise. This stubborn naivete (forced positivity, ignorance, whatever you want to call it) is actually pretty toxic and will most certainly annoy the rational people around him. It's also the reason why Toffee Town...

That doesn't bother him one bit, however...History: As his last name suggests, Tim's family of dog hybrids have watched over Toffee Town for many generations. Having run off from the city generations ago due to the negative way that hybrids were regarded/treated, Toffee Town begun its humble origins as a place where anyone, regardless of race, could have a home.

The town never grew to be huge, but it was a quaint little hideaway and for many, many years, a bountiful land. Tim, too, was raised by a loving, affectionate family and grew up among many friends. He grew up in Toffee Town, was wed to a lovely lady... However, it was only a matter of time before the golden age ended for Toffee Town. There was a period of struggle, but people slowly began to leave. Tim, suddenly, was handed the position of mayor (yeah, dad jumped ship too). Unlike his father, he loved the town too much to give it up. He did everything he could to make it a better place to live, so people would stay, together with those who remained.

Unfortunately, his efforts were in vain. Eventually, his wife, done with how blind he was to their situation and how little his efforts contributed, took their young daughter and left. The loss was quite a shock to him, and that day, something snapped within him. Something more had to be done. Toffee Town had to be the perfect place again... so it could return to that golden age, and so his family could return... With the conductor's help, they crafted a brand new plan to save Toffee Town...Additional Info: ☆ Wife: Madison ; Daughter: Ella (but they are gone) He's in denial about them too. (They're just on vacation!)
☆ Gets along well with everybody (at least, on his side), especially the conductor! Really trusts in his words!

☆ He has a lot of candy in his pockets and just hands them out to people at will. Even chocolate, although he cannot eat it (Apparently it's a genetic thing. It makes him sad.). The clip on his hat is usually made of various candies. Changes a lot. Are they real? Try and take a bite to see...
☆ If he feels like the atmosphere is getting bad, he'll run away. Don't underestimate those tiny little legs, he can run.
☆ Pretty cuddly. He likes hugs /attention. Doesn't like being treated like a pet, though. And yes, he knows the difference between being doted on and being treated like a house pet LOL.
☆ Likes to show up at random workplaces and observe/get in the way. He's curious about everything!
☆ Waddles a little when he walks (ie. tail shifts from side to side).
