Remember when I said I was taking a short break after making the first two shopkeepers from fall? Well...
It was a long break.
Will probably tweak a bit when Pokey uploads the wizard later today o/.
And just to be totally clear, this is an old (overdue) npc from the current list of shops. New shops will appear in week 4 of fall (aka week 12)~

Height/Weight: 5'1" // 117 lbs (heels add a bit of height)
Job: Witch (of Ambrosia Alchemy)

Personality:Like the sun, her namesake, Freda is a bright and energetic little lady. Talented in the field of alchemy, it's obvious that she is quite fond of what she does. The elf carries herself in an elegant way, and loves chatting and socializing with others. A fan of gossip (though not necessarily spreading it), she loves to keep in touch with the lives of those around her, and in extension, get involved in matters that have absolutely nothing to do with her. You can definitely say she's a real busybody, and your secrets may or may not be safe with her. A manipulative person, she knows how to use her face and personality to get what she wants (ie. fetch quests). Friendly to all, but loyal to few, there's more there than she'll let on...

When in good spirits, she's optimistic and light-hearted. A real joker, she'll play harmless pranks on people and enjoys bad puns. Her idea of harmless might differ from the victim person she's joking with, but it's all in good fun...right? However, she can have quite the short temper if she's in a bad mood or if the conversation is taking a sour turn, and she'll do a 180 pretty fast if you happen to push the right buttons. In these moments, she's prone to be irritated, and the more ticked off she is, the sharper her tongue will be. She isn't above breaking things, or using magic to intimidate others. Confident and aggressive, the elf is definitely not at all the pushover she might make others believe when playing nice.

Strict when it comes to work, Freda believes in results more than the process. Particularly harsh on those she mentors, perfection is expected, and anything less will be criticized. In a strange form of endearment, she'll tirelessly train and nitpick at those whose skills she considers lacking instead of giving the task to another or doing it herself. If she is willing to put her time into something, you can at least be certain that she cares about it (but would you want someone over your shoulder watching you the whole time? hm...).History:Born in a magical city whose denizens were almost exclusively elvenfolk (besides the occasional travelling merchants), Freda had a fairly normal upbringing along with her twin brother. The two attended the magical academy within the city and completed their education with no problems. While her brother was more talented with spells, her strengths and interests leaned more towards brewing and potions. The two worked in the city after schooling. Most elves in that place did this their whole lives, never wanting to go further than the large castle walls of their cozy home.

However, the two often met with another elf, who unlike the others made a living by travelling around and selling jewelry. Oceans, deserts, jungles, humans, hybrids... the world was vast and had so much to offer. His stories enticed Freda, and the twins soon grew bored of their home, dreaming to see what was outside the walls. Nothing was stopping them from going...so, they left.

Travelling around, the two looked for mysteries and beautiful exciting things around the world. With no real destination, they often just closed their eyes and picked their next destination randomly at each train station they departed from. One such summer day, the two arrived at a newly opened stop called Toffee Town, whose access had been cut off from the rest of the world for about two seasons.

At first it seemed to be rather ordinary, not unlike other farm towns they'd visited, but their investigations proved to be otherwise. Strange teleports, rune shards, and unsettling dreams... There was something to this town, and Freda wanted to find out what. It seemed like a good place to take a break from their journey anyways.

The two chatted with the mayor and opened a shop to sustain themselves while continuing their investigation...Additional Info: ◊ Fraternal twins with Elunas , the wizard. She's a few minutes older. Though she constantly berates him, she does care about him.
◊ Natural hair colour is platinum blonde! She dyes it frequently.
◊ Average with most magical spells and uses magic mainly to automate her work.
◊ She does have a talent with wind magic in particular though...
◊ Wakes up early and sleeps early. If she wakes up in the middle of the night, there'll be hell to pay. Luckily, she's a deep sleeper.
◊ Despite her name, she's quite fond of storms; she enjoys watching them- the bigger the better!
◊ Tries to keep an elegant appearance, but when she loses her temper, that act goes quickly.
◊ Hates nothing more than incompetence. She likes to bop people with her staff/stirring rod.
◊ The cape and hat are only for travel, not work. There's an overall shorts version of her skirt too.
◊ Gloves/sleeves are often stained from work. She keeps several copies of the same outfit in her closet.
◊ Enjoys tucking flowers on her hat while exploring.
◊ A bit of an elitist due to her upbringing...she prefers to interact with elves.
